Products
Corksailboats.ie tries to be as accurate as possible in its product descriptions, but we may from time to time inadvertently make mistakes.  All product details are supplied in good faith and it is the duty of the purchaser to ensure items are fit for purpose.  No warranty is therefore offered or implied.  If a product offered by us is not as described, it may be returned to Corksailboats.ie in unused condition. (See below for our Returns Policy).

Prices
All our prices are quoted in Euro and include VAT at 21% (except for books and children’s’ clothing which are zero rated). The product prices quoted exclude delivery charges, which are calculated during the checkout process and which vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the item.

Corksailboats.ie has taken great care to ensure that your details are secure when purchasing through our website, which is secured using an encrypted software system.

 
Privacy
Corksailboats.ie is committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will ensure that any information we obtain from you and use as part of the purchasing process will always be held, used and transferred in compliance with all applicable data protection rules.
We will not pass on your details to any third parties.

Under age
If you are under 18, you may use Corksailboats.ie online shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Environmental Policy
As part of our environmental policy we endeavour to reduce packaging waste.  Therefore, we will on occasion reuse packaging materials (e.g. boxes, bubble wrap etc) which may result in new items being wrapped in previously used packaging materials.

Delays
Order completion dates are given in good faith, but can not be guaranteed. From time to time delays may occur, in which case Corksailboats.ie will advise you of the new delivery date and keep you informed during the process. 

Stock  
All of our products are offered subject to availability.  If for any reason Corksailboats.ie cannot supply you with any part of your order, we will contact you and advise you accordingly.  Should we have to cancel an order, your payment will be refunded, via the original payment method.

Delivery
Corksailboats.ie aims to process your order as quickly as possible.  Standard delivery times for 'in stock' items are 3-5 working days from receipt of payment.

Collection
Paid orders can be picked up from our yard.  However, to avoid delay please ring us first to arrange a convenient time for collection.

Cancellation
Should you change your mind, you have the right to cancel any order for stock items even up to 7 days after the day the goods have been received.  However, in this instance, you are responsible for returning the goods to us before a refund can be given.  We will refund the cost of the goods (though not the delivery costs) within 30 days of return, providing the goods have been returned unused, undamaged and fit for re-sale.  We also reserve the right to levy a 10% restocking fee to cover our costs.  This cancellation policy excludes special or one-off products supplied to a specific need, all pre-owned products, safety products, and cut to length items such as ropes, wire, etc.

Returns 
Corksailboats.ie can not accept any responsibility for paying the costs involved in returning goods to us. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.  All new products can be returned to us for an exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in as-sold condition and in original packaging.  Returned goods will be inspected and replacement or exchange products provided within normal ordering times and subject to product availability. Where a refund is required, this will be given within 30 days of return, providing the goods have been returned unused, undamaged and fit for re-sale.

Damaged or Faulty Products
In the event that your order arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours so that we may resolve the issue with the carrier.
If you believe a product to be faulty you have 7 days to reject the product.  The item must be returned in unused condition and include details of the nature of the fault.  Corksailboats.ie will endeavour to resolve the situation as quickly as possible, but as this may involve returning items to the manufacturer, in some instances this could take up to 30 days.
